I already have a job. Can I be an associate part-time?
Definitely. You set your own hours and can work as much or as little as you want.
I don’t have any financial industry experience. Can I still join?
Absolutely! We provide training and resources to help our associates fully understand how our products can fit the needs of our clients.
Are there sales quotas?
We’ll never set quotas — ever. You determine how much you want to do and how high you climb.
How do I make money?
You make money through commission on the term life insurance or investment products you and your team sell to clients. Your earning potential can only be limited by you and how much (or little) you want to do.
Am I required to build a team?
Growing a team is a part of what makes Capital Choice successful – it helps spread our mission and reach more families – and gives associates the opportunity to lead, grow, and build a better business. But you will never be penalized for not doing it.
